By scheduling a service using this website or Google, you acknowledge that you are the vehicle owner or have permission from the owner to authorize detailing services. We reserve the right to decline or reschedule any service at our discretion.

2. Service Appointments
• All appointments must be scheduled in advance.
• You must Cancel At least 24 hours’ notice for cancellations or reschedules.
• Late arrivals may result in reduced service time or cancellation.
• Access to the vehicle and sufficient working space (driveway, parking spot, etc.) must be provided.

3. Payments
• Payment is due before the start of service, unless other arrangements have been approved in advance.
• Accepted payment methods include Cash App, Zelle, Venmo, and card.
• Deposits may be required for large or specialty services. Deposits are non-refundable if appointments are canceled with less than 24 hours’ notice.
• No refunds.
• Payments may vary depending on the performance or labor required.

4. Third-Party Service Disclaimer
We operate as a Subcontracting third-party service provider.
We are not responsible or liable for any damage, loss, or issue that occurs before, during, or after the detailing process, including but not limited to:
• Pre-existing damage to the vehicle’s paint, interior, or mechanical components.
• Items left in the vehicle.
• Environmental factors (weather, debris, etc.) affecting results post-service.
Customers are encouraged to inspect their vehicle before and after detailing to ensure satisfaction.
5. Vehicle Condition
Vehicles with excessive dirt, pet hair, mold, or stains may incur additional charges due to extended service time. We will always inform you of any additional costs before proceeding.

Our goal is to ensure every customer is satisfied with their detail. If you are not satisfied, please notify us within 24 hours of your completed service so we can review and, if appropriate, address the issue.
